Designed in conjunction with industrial facility expert Worley, Stepan’s Agronomic Research Laboratory Complex is a showpiece of the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Constructed as a Design- Build project with Construction Works, Inc., the 10,000 square foot complex includes a client-facing demonstration laboratory, a working formulation lab, and a state-of-the-art greenhouse and headhouse. The buildings include a mix of sustainable technologies that include a rainwater harvesting cistern, green wall, and photovoltaic array and the complex has earned Silver certification under the LEED Rating System.
